Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi operasional gudang harian, memastikan eksekusi yang aman, efisien, dan tepat waktu untuk aktivitas penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengambilan, pemuatan, dan pengiriman. Team Leader juga memantau kinerja operasional 3PL, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan, standar keselamatan, dan akurasi inventaris melalui sistem SAP/WMS.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.; Monitor 3PL operational performance against agreed SLA/KPI.; Ensure 3PL operations comply with company SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, 5S, security requirements, and applicable legal/regulatory standard.; Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper execution of stock receiving, put-away, picking, transfer, dispatch, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation activities.; Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse transactions in SAP/WMS.; Lead investigation and resolution of incidents involving product damage, loss, inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, safety incidents, and other operational deviations.; Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Customer Service, Transporters, Finance, and other stakeholders..
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor Degree with all major.; Experience > 4 years in managing warehouse, preferrable if have experience work with and managing 3PL warehouse provider.; Proactive individual with strong agility and proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.; Strong analytics skills and logical thinking.; Solid communication and presentation skills.; Good in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point..
