Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Perform daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipments. Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records. Assist in stock-taking activities and ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records.

Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Support communication and translation between management, vendors, and colleagues who use Mandarin. Prepare reports and documentation related to warehouse activities.

Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company procedures and safety regulations. Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or related fields. Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or asset management systems is an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willing to work overtime when required.
