Warehouse Supervisor

About the role Join the dynamic team at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this full-time position based in Kalijati , Subang , West Java, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of the company's warehousing and distribution facilities. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Role and Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

Develop and implement effective warehouse procedures and processes to optimize storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain operations

Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, material handling, and storage optimization

Experience to handle manufacture customer Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
