The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including team management, task assignment, and operational execution. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse space, storage utilization, and workflows, while ensuring that all activities align with food handling, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The supervisor also manages 3PL operations, monitors KPIs, and coordinates with IT for WMS improvements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and aging reviews. The supervisor is expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness, while investigating inventory discrepancies and ensuring WMS data integrity.
