Warehouse Supervisor

About the role Eastlync Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse employees and ensuring that all storage and distribution activities are carried out safely, accurately, and on time. What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team, including warehouse workers Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise storage, picking, packing, and shipping Monitoring inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Providing training and support to the warehouse team to improve productivity and performance Generating and analysing reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Collaborating with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless product distribution What we're looking for Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar position in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse, transportation, or logistics industry.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the warehouse team Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software tools
