Receive inbound goods from suppliers, verify item quantities and physical conditions against shipping documents and report any damages/discrepancies.
Tanggung jawab: Receive inbound goods from suppliers, verify item quantities and physical conditions against shipping documents (PO / Delivery Orders), and report any damages or discrepancies; Organize and store items in designated warehouse areas following standard procedures (FIFO/LIFO), maintain clean storage areas, and actively participate in routine stock counts ( stock opname ); Prepare, inspect, and pack goods accurately according to order lists, and assist with loading items onto delivery vehicles; Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements in the logbook or Warehouse Management System (WMS), safely operate warehouse handling equipment, and follow workplace safety standards (HSE); Requirements:; At least Diploma's degree (DIII) in any major; At least 1 year of experience in warehousing/logistics is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions); Basic understanding of warehouse processes (FIFO/LIFO, inventory audits), proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Excel) or inventory software, and familiarity with handling equipment (e.g., hand pallets); Good physical stamina for active warehouse work, strong attention to detail, and solid basic math skills for stock counting; Honest, disciplined, reliable, capable of working well in a team, and flexible to work in shifts if required; Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.
