Manage warehouse operations, ensure SOP compliance, evaluate team performance, conduct stock counts, implement 5R, and prepare monthly reports.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that all inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are properly documented in a complete and organized manner; Ensure that the team works in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Conduct performance evaluations for each team member; Carry out 5R activities with the team before leaving the work area; Perform regular stock-taking (stock opname) activities; Prepare monthly work reports covering the team's performance and the improvements that have been implemented; Requirements:; Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00; Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred; Ready and willing to work in the Field (Love to work in the Field 100%); Proficient in Arithmetic / Mathematics and Logic; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP is a plus; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail; Disciplined, responsible, reliable, highly initiative, and able to work well in a team; Familiar with SMK3, 5R principles, and ISO 9001; Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts), under pressure, and available for overtime if needed; Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am. Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm; Recruitment process and work placement in Cakung, East Jakarta.
