Warehouse & Purchasing

Key Responsibilities: - Directly manage warehouse activities (receiving, storage, distribution). - Develop and implement purchasing strategies with cost efficiency.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including contract negotiations. - Ensure accuracy of inventory data and stock reports. - Create and improve warehouse and purchasing SOPs.

- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs. Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and purchasing operations. - Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese) - Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor (no direct staff under supervision). - Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
