About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Operational Manager to lead and optimize the company's operational activities at our headquarters in Bandung, West Java . This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring all operational functions run efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company's business objectives.

As an Operational Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operational processes, including warehouse management, inventory control, procurement coordination, supply planning, logistics, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless business operations while driving continuous improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality. This role requires a strong leader who can manage people, processes, and resources while maintaining operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. Oversee daily operational activities, including warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and distribution processes.

Plan and manage workforce allocation, operational resources, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization. Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate operational teams to improve performance and achieve departmental KPIs. Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control initiatives while maintaining service quality.
