PT bergerak di bidang logistik dan rantai pasok yang berfokus pada efisiensi operasional fasilitas penyimpanan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengawasi jalannya aktivitas harian di area gudang. Tugas utama meliputi pengawasan inventaris secara menyeluruh, pemeliharaan standar operasional prosedur, serta pengelolaan tim gudang agar seluruh proses logistik berjalan tanpa hambatan.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations; Ensure stock accuracy and smooth inbound/outbound processes; Maintain warehouse operations according to company SOP; Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements; Maintain stock accuracy between physical and system records; Conduct stock opname and routine inventory checks; Input sales orders and inventory transactions into Oracle system; Handle stock in/out processes for goods, sales, samples, and online orders; Monitor damaged, expired, returned, and slow-moving products; Coordinate deliveries with sales teams and related departments; Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities; Prepare inventory and operational reports for management; Support warehouse operations including container unloading when needed.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field; Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations; Understand inventory control, stock opname, and warehouse SOPs; Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Oracle; Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure; Willing to support operational activities when required.
