Job Description : Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise workflow and productivity. Supervise and coordinate the warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and handling of all products. Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to coordinate efficient product distribution. Identify and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Requirements : Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Logistic/ Industrial Engineering) Having 5 years experience in Warehouse (Factory/ Manufacturing) Highly proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel for inventory management, reporting, and operational optimization Excellent communication, interpersonal, and manage organization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a target-driven approach.
