Requirements: Having significant experience in delivering and driving improvement practices in a garment manufacturing environment A bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related fields Minimum of 10 – 15 years working experience and background in garment and/or logistics Industry Having proficient knowledge and understanding about bonded company regulation (Kawasan Berikat / BC2.3) Having certifications such as the Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM) can be a significant plus Having experience in operating Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP, and others Able to develop and implement warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Having attended courses such as Lean and Kaizen will be an added advantage Having strong leadership and communication skills Responsible for the implementation, management, and successful operation of the continuous improvement agenda Having ability to communicate in English and Indonesian Job descriptions: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Inventory Management: Implement and maintain an accurate inventory control system to minimize stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock takes.
