About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join PT Interpak Industries Batam in a full-time capacity. Based in Batam, Kota Riau Islands, this is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and logistics management. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in optimising warehouse productivity, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the company's operational objectives. This position requires a hands-on leader who can drive continuous improvement and manage a dynamic team in our fast-paced distribution environment. Key responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods Manage inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock records and regular audits Supervise and lead the warehouse team, providing training, performance management, and development opportunities Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Monitor warehouse productivity metrics and implement process improvements Manage budget and reduce operational costs whilst maintaining service quality Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges What we're looking for
