Ensure all warehouse processes are in accordance with SOPs and work standards.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure all warehouse processes are in accordance with SOPs and work standards; Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods; Supervise and control warehouse activities; Manage inventory and stock and ensure stock availability as needed; Control and oversee stocktaking and ensure the accuracy of stock data; Lead, direct, supervise, and control the performance of warehouse staff; Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff; Enforce procedures and conduct routine inspections to ensure warehouse safety; Supervise and ensure the warehouse is safe and well-maintained; Prepare reports on warehouse activities and administration, incoming and outgoing goods transactions; Coordinate with other divisions related to sales and distribution; Coordinate with external parties (e.g., suppliers, couriers).
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar position; Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, or a related field; Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems; Ability to organize, lead, and inspire a team; Analytical skills to analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Ability to communicate, work under pressure, and manage conflict; Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; Ability to build positive working relationships with various parties; Possess leadership qualities, be honest, assertive, and trustworthy; Disciplined, diligent, agile, and hardworking; Responsible, take initiative, and demonstrate high loyalty; Possess problem-solving skills and a willingness to take risks; Results-oriented, innovative, and able to work in a dynamic environment; Location in the Laksana Warehouse Area, Tangerang.
