WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead and manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns. 2. Develop and implement effective warehouse strategies, policies, and procedures. 3. Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels. 4. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 5. Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. 6. Manage and develop warehouse staff through training, performance evaluation, and motivation. 7. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, efficiency, lead time, cost control). 8. Collaborate with logistics providers and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. 9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational excellence.

Job Requirements : 1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role. 3. Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations. 4. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory control practices. 5. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to analyze data and create reports for decision-making. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments. 8. Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and best practices in warehouse operations. 9. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. 10. Willing to work flexible hours as needed. 11. Physically able to oversee warehouse operations and conduct inspections. 12. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
