Warehouse Management (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description : Assist with the accounting and bookkeeping of materials for the Materials Team; Assist with the receipt, warehousing, and sorting of materials for the Materials Team;

Be responsible for 5S management in the Materials Team’s designated area; Be responsible for translation work (both interpretation and written translation); Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Ensure warehouse processes comply with safety standards and company SOPs. Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and suppliers for smooth operations. Job Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse / logistics operations Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking management or partners.

Good knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and inventory control. Able to adapt to the company’s overtime requirements Candidates with warehouse management experience will be given priority.
