Warehouse / Logistics Staff (Onsite Batam)

IBMC is assisting a client in hiring a vital operational leader. Our client designs, manufactures, and supports enterprise-class IT and AI infrastructure systems — from GPU servers to data platforms — all built, secured, and supported in the UAE. Powering technological sovereignty and strategic enterprise initiatives, they are expanding their global footprint and establishing a new operational facility in Batam, Indonesia. We are seeking an organized, safety-conscious, and highly methodical Warehouse / Logistics Staff member to manage our critical technology component inventory. Based permanently on-site at our new facility in Batam, this role maintains the material heartbeat of our production line. Your goal is to secure incoming components, optimize storage layouts, ensure strict compliance with anti-static environments, and prepare shipping logs to safeguard valuable technological assets.

Component Receiving: Safely receive, verify, and log inbound high-value electronic components, microprocessors, and custom server parts against supplier invoices. Inventory Management: Organize and track inventory locations within the warehouse to facilitate prompt material allocation to the production line. ESD-Safe Handling: Apply strict Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols when storing, unboxing, moving, or packaging sensitive raw computing materials.

Shipping Documentation: Prepare accurate outward logistics documentation, customs records, and bill of ladings for ready-to-deploy hardware platforms. System Upkeep: Maintain digital warehouse transparency through continuous inputs into basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or structured Microsoft Excel trackers. Education: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School Graduate (SMK) in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Technical Literacy: Highly proficient in operating basic digital computing tools, including spreadsheet management (Microsoft Excel) or introductory WMS layouts. Material Coordination: Sound understanding of warehouse organization methods, picking procedures, and receiving documentation practices. Physical Discipline: Keen adherence to safety protocols, weight-lifting standards, and clean anti-dust material storage rules.

Presence: Must be fully open to a permanent, on-site position located in Batam, Indonesia. Prior experience working in specialized component warehouses for electronic parts, automotive computing, or advanced technology products. Basic experience managing inbound tracking for international supply chains or bonded zones.
