Posisi Warehouse Logistic Supervisor berperan strategis dalam mendukung tim proyek untuk menangani seluruh operasional logistik, mulai dari proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemindahan, hingga serah terima peralatan dan mesin proyek secara efektif. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi operasional harian agar senantiasa mematuhi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), memastikan keakuratan inventaris serta integritas stok, mengendalikan penanganan bahan kimia dan material berbahaya, memantau tingkat persediaan, serta mengimplementasikan tata letak gudang dan optimasi penyimpanan yang memenuhi standar K3L (EHS).
Tanggung jawab: Support project team to handle project logistic operation such as receiving, storing, moving, and handover of equipment/machine; Supervise daily operations to follow SOP; Ensure inventory accuracy and stock integrity; Control receiving, storage, and issuance of materials; Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials; Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning; Implement warehouse layout and storage optimization; Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; Coordinate with production and procurement for material availability; Lead stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
Kualifikasi: Education : S1 all major – Industrial Engineering & Logistic Management is preferred; Experience : 5 years' experience in warehouse & logistic operation, minimum 3 years in supervisor level; Technical skills :; Mathematical Aptitude & Analytical Ability; Professional English Communication (Verbal & Written); Chemical Warehouse Operations & Infrastructure Management; Chemical Freight & Hazardous Materials Transportation; ERP & Warehouse Management System (WMS) Proficiency; Advanced Data Management & MS Office Proficiency (Excel); Inventory Control & Stock Rotation Methodologies (FIFO/FEFO); Chemical Handling Safety & Environmental Health Standards (EHS); Behavioral competencies :; Strong supervisory leadership; Ability to work under pressure, especially pressured by Expatriate; Clear Communication & Interpersonal.
