The Warehouse & Logistics staff is responsible for supporting inbound/outbound goods handling, stock accuracy, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth distribution of beverage products. Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock (beverage products) according to SOP. Support the picking, packing, and loading process for outgoing deliveries. Help maintain accurate stock records through manual logs and/or warehouse management system (WMS). Assist in periodic stock opname (physical stock count) and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Ensure proper storage arrangement (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality, especially for expirable beverage items. Coordinate with drivers/expedition team regarding delivery schedules and documentation (surat jalan). Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse area. Qualifications Minimum SMA/SMK (all majors); Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage for Full Time. For Full Time: minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or beverage distribution. Understanding of FIFO/FEFO stock rotation principles is a plus (especially for products with expiration dates). Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting/moving goods. Basic computer literacy for stock data entry (Excel or WMS input).
