Procure transportation services, including trucking, expedition, courier, or 3PL (Third Party Logistics).
Tanggung jawab: Procure transportation services, including trucking, expedition, courier, or 3PL (Third Party Logistics); Source and compare multiple transport vendors during the vendor selection process; Manage and coordinate daily activities with transportation vendors; Prepare and submit vendor selection proposals by considering all relevant business aspects; Create Purchase Orders (PO) or Work Orders (for goods and services) and issue them to vendors; Verify vendor invoices and ensure the completeness of all other billing documentation; Conduct supplier and vendor performance evaluations in accordance with established company guidelines; Handle and follow up on complaints regarding delivery claims until the issues are fully resolved.
Kualifikasi: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering or any related; At least 3 years of work experience in procurement or purchasing; Proven experience working as a Category Transport Procurement Staff, Logistic Staff, Vendor Management Staff, or Transport Planner; Solid understanding of basic procurement processes; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems; Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
