Warehouse Leader / Management

About the role PT. Royal Industries International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Leader / Management professional to join our team in Batam, Riau Islands, Placement in Tanjung Uncang, Horizon Industrial Park Type C Lot 10. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimising logistics efficiency, and driving our distribution excellence. As Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating inventory management, and ensuring seamless operations that directly support the company's strategic objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods Lead, supervise, and develop a team, providing training and performance management to ensure operational excellence

Implement and maintain efficient warehouse systems and procedures to optimise space utilisation and inventory accuracy Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions

Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules to prevent downtime Prepare reports on warehouse activities, productivity levels, and operational challenges for senior management Qualification

Must be able to communicate in Mandarin Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets
