Warehouse Assistant Officer (Stationed Batam Indonesia)

Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of warehouse data between the system and actual inventory. Including daily monitoring of inbound and outbound data, analysing discrepancies, and collaborating with the partner team to implement corrective actions. Draft and update warehouse-related Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular monitoring to ensure operational effectiveness.

Assist with monthly cycle counts, mid-year stock takes, and year-end stocking events. Collaborate with internal and external to analyse discrepancies and develop corrective actions. Report any abnormalities identified during system operations to the supervisor promptly, and provide optimization suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.

Assist with any new tasks or projects assigned by the management. Requirements: Graduated from High school or above.

Fluent in both spoken and written English for effective commination with team and suppliers, able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to details. At least 2 years or above relevant work experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is highly preferred
