As a Wait Staff member, you will serve as the face of the establishment, responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests in a dynamic environment. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring that all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism. Beyond serving food and beverages, the Wait Staff is expected to maintain deep knowledge of menu items and ingredients, process payments accurately, and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service flow. Adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols is mandatory, as is contributing to a positive and supportive team atmosphere during busy service periods.
