Visual Merchandising Supervisor (Surabaya)

Responsibilities: We're in charge for controlling the operation area (merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience, & manpower), directing & developing the team. Achieving sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Visual Communication Design, GPA ≥ 2,75. Proficient in using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Experience in retail would be an advantage. Possess great conceptual thinking and problem solving abilities. Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential.

Good in English and computer literate. Placement : Surabaya.
