Visa Officer

Synergy Pro is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Officer to join our growing professional team in Bali. This position is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in handling expatriate documentation and Indonesian immigration processes, especially candidates who are capable of managing work permit applications up to RPTKA independently. The role requires excellent administrative skills, strong coordination abilities, and confidence in communicating with both local and expatriate clients.

As a Visa Officer, you will play an important role in assisting clients with legal stay permits, work permits, visa applications, and compliance with Indonesian immigration and manpower regulations. You will work closely with internal teams, government institutions, and expatriate clients from various industries. Handle end-to-end visa and expatriate permit processes for foreign clients Process and monitor RPTKA applications and related manpower documentation

Handle visa applications, KITAS, stay permits, work permits, and other immigration-related documents Ensure all expatriate documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time Coordinate with immigration offices, manpower offices, and related government institutions

Provide consultation and updates to clients regarding visa regulations and processes Monitor permit validity and assist with extensions or renewals Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and administrative records

Communicate professionally with local and expatriate clients regarding requirements and timelines Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian immigration and labor regulations Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling expatriate documentation, visa applications, and Indonesian immigration processes
