About the role We are seeking a Villa Direct Booking Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang' in Denpasar, Bali. As a full-time Villa Direct Booking Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving direct bookings for our exclusive villa offerings, providing an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality business. What you'll be doing Actively engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to promote our villa offerings and secure direct bookings Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect villa that suits their needs and preferences Assist customers with the booking process, guiding them through the various payment options and ensuring a seamless experience Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings, ensuring accurate data management Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement sales strategies that drive increased direct bookings and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to continuously improve our sales approach What we're looking for Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients Familiarity with villa and vacation rental properties, as well as the local Bali market, is highly desirable A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our company
