"As a Utility Operator in our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining utility equipment to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations. This role includes performing routine checks, preventive maintenance, recording operational data, and ensuring all utility systems run efficiently and safely according to established procedures and safety standards."
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK, preferably majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering-related field.; At least 2 year of working experience as Utility Operator or in a similar role.; Have basic knowledge in operating and maintaining utility equipment (boiler, compressor, chiller, cooling tower, etc.).; Understand basic Occupational Health & Safety (K3) procedures and work instructions.; Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.; Willing to work in shift system.; Good teamwork and communication skills..
