Sandvik is seeking a motivated Underground Technical Advisor for Rock Breakers to join their team in Freeport, Papua. This role is focused on providing high-level service support to maintain the customer's fleet of underground mining equipment, specifically models M442HD, M440HD, and BB5600r. The advisor will work within a team environment to ensure equipment is kept in a fit-for-purpose state. Responsibilities include guiding technical staff through maintenance tasks, managing daily functions of the Rock Breakers, and fostering strong relationships with clients while strictly adhering to Sandvik's EHS vision and site-specific safety regulations.
Tanggung jawab: Provide high-level service support to maintain underground mining equipment (M442HD, M440HD, BB5600r); Ensure optimum use of resources for safe and efficient maintenance; Achieve contract KPIs by guiding technical staff through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs; Manage daily functions of the Rock Breakers; Work closely with Parts and Service teams to ensure efficient parts supply; Manage projects successfully across various mining areas; Mentor, coach, and develop the Rock Breaker team; Develop direct customer relationships.
Kualifikasi: Motivated individual; High level of enthusiasm to grow the business area; Ability to work in accordance with Sandvik Mining Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines; Knowledge of Indonesian Standards and Regulations; Ability to follow site-specific rules and regulations.
