Patriot Muda Training Centre (Kediri) membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga pengajar profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Tutor Bahasa Inggris di cabang Tanjung Selor, Kalimantan Utara. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam mendukung misi pendidikan perusahaan untuk memberikan pengajaran bahasa Inggris berkualitas tinggi kepada siswa dari berbagai usia dan tingkat kemahiran. Sebagai tutor, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran yang interaktif, menyusun rencana pengajaran yang komprehensif, serta memantau perkembangan akademik siswa secara berkala. Anda juga akan berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang suportif dan inklusif, serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan orang tua siswa terkait perkembangan belajar mereka.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, including beginners through advanced learners; Develop and prepare comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles; Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback; Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence in English communication; Utilise a variety of teaching materials, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience; Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress; Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic development and areas for improvement; Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure consistency in teaching quality and student support; Stay current with modern English teaching methodologies and continuously improve teaching techniques.
