About the Role We are seeking a Truck Maintenance Jr Supervisor to join PT SCG Barito Logistics in Cilegon, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining our fleet's operational efficiency and safety standards. As a Jr Supervisor in our truck maintenance department, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise maintenance technicians, and ensure all vehicles meet our stringent quality and safety requirements. This position is integral to our logistics operations, directly supporting our transport and distribution capabilities across the region. What You'll Be Doing Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our truck fleet, ensuring they are well-maintained and in optimal working condition Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize servicing and repairs Monitor the performance and utilization of our trucks, and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and maintenance regulations Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and services Provide training and supervision to the maintenance team, helping them develop their skills and expertise Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the truck maintenance activities Ready for storing/visit if needed Assemble mechanical components according to specifications Check the engine and oversee the diagnostic tests Able to troubleshoot truck functionality issues
