Location: Bali, Indonesia (Office Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Preferred Kija Travel is looking for an experienced Travel Planner / Tour Designer to join our growing team in Bali. We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences and has a proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who can confidently design custom itineraries, communicate with international clients, and consistently deliver high conversion rates through excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Travel Planner, Tour Consultant, or similar role. Proven track record of achieving high enquiry-to-booking conversion rates . Extensive experience designing customised tours and travel packages.

Excellent knowledge of Bali and Indonesia travel destinations. Strong written and spoken English. Excellent communication and sales skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries. Experience using travel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience with Sabre or other flight booking systems is an advantage. The ideal candidate is someone
