About the role PT Global Jet Express Cabang Bogor is seeking a Translator Mandarin to join our administrative and support office team. This is a contract position based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will provide essential translation services to facilitate communication between our international operations and local teams, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of information across language barriers. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our business objectives in an increasingly globalised logistics environment. What you'll be doing Translating documents, emails, and correspondence from Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and vice versa with accuracy and attention to detail Providing verbal interpretation during meetings, conference calls, and negotiations between Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and English or Indonesian-speaking staff members Ensuring all translated materials maintain the original meaning, tone, and intent whilst adhering to company standards and guidelines Supporting administrative staff with translation of contracts, agreements, shipping documentation, and other business-critical materials Liaising between international partners and local teams to clarify terminology, cultural nuances, and contextual information Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information Organising and maintaining records of translated documents and translation projects as required by the company Assisting with administrative tasks related to international communications and logistics documentation What we're looking for Fluent proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Professional translation experience in a business or logistics environment, ideally within the shipping, freight, or express courier industry
