Fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interpreter/Translator, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Excellent verbal interpretation and written translation skills. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively among Indonesian, Mandarin, and English-speaking stakeholders. Capable of handling both verbal interpretation and document translation accurately and professionally.
Tanggung jawab: Provide accurate oral interpretation between Indonesian, Mandarin, and English during meetings, site activities, and daily project communications; Translate project-related documents, correspondence, technical documents, reports, procedures, and other project materials accurately and professionally; Support effective communication between local employees, Chinese teams, management, clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders; Assist in meetings, site inspections, technical discussions, and coordination activities by providing real-time interpretation; Ensure all translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project terminology and technical standards; Facilitate smooth communication to support daily project operations and coordination among multilingual teams; Maintain the confidentiality of translated documents and project information; Perform other translation and interpretation tasks as assigned to support project execution.
