We are seeking experienced Transformer Winding Operators to perform Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) winding processes for distribution transformers while ensuring precision and product quality. Responsibilities · Perform LV and HV transformer coil winding. · Control conductor tension and winding quality. · Install insulation materials according to specifications. · Ensure coil dimensions comply with engineering drawings. · Conduct first-piece inspections before mass production. · Maintain production documentation and quality records. Qualifications · Minimum SMK Electrical Engineering or equivalent. · Minimum 2 years of transformer winding experience. · Understand LV/HV winding structures. · Able to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings. · Detail-oriented and able to work with high precision.
