PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) is seeking a strategic Transformation Program Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on driving the development and implementation of operating models across the organization, working closely with senior management, C-level stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into impactful programs, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable business and financial impact. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in management or strategy consulting firms or in-house transformation functions who possess strong expertise in program management and enterprise operating model design.
Tanggung jawab: Lead enterprise transformation programs and PMO governance; Manage transformation initiatives, including program pipeline, stage gates, mobilization, and delivery; Lead projects/programs involving the design and implementation of enterprise operating models; Manage program scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and change management; Track transformation benefits and business/financial impact; Drive collaboration across functions and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives; Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for SteerCo, CEO, and Board.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage; 10–15 years of professional experience in transformation, program management, management consulting, or related fields.
