Job Desc : 1. Monitoring vehicle movements, driver performance, and delivery status in real time to ensure timely gate-in/gate-out of containers to and from ports, terminals, or warehouses. 2. Maintaining accurate records of dispatches, delivery orders, and trip reports to ensure data consistency and operational transparency. 3. Ensuring all drivers comply with route guidelines, safety protocols, and applicable transport regulations. 4. Actively participating and contributing to the implementation of integrated management systems (Quality Management such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Health Safety and Environment (HSE)) 5. Supporting internal and external audits by preparing and submitting required documents. 6. Carrying out the preparation and submission of reports related to his/her field of work, compiled correctly and submitted on time to related parties (internal/external). General Requirement Possession of a diploma / bachelor’s degree Good comprehension about Export Import Good communication in written and spoken of English Able to start working as soon as possible
