About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Activation Assistant to support trade campaigns and in-market activations, ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with brand and sales objectives, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Responsibilities: Own a highly execution-focused role, ensuring all trade activations are delivered on time, accurately, and in line with plan
Support execution of trade promotions, campaigns, and events Manage event documentation (contracts, registration forms, sponsorship agreements, and compliance) Liaise with finance team, vendors, venues, and event organisers
Handle creation, ordering, and distribution of trade marketing materials Liaise with Sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders on activation needs Ensure brand, compliance, and quality standards are met
Maintain activation documentation, toolkits, and asset libraries Track promotions, reporting, and post-campaign analysis Requirements:
