We are now looking for Territory Sales Supervisor to achieve company objective to handle General Trade & Modern Trade Independent channels in the assigned areas (all Kalimantan Barat area).

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. A day in the life Role Responsibilities:

Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating and influencing customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent Bring market and competitor insights, then translate them into clear local priorities

Strengthen distributor infrastructure and land trade marketing plans built on insights Execute brand and category plans in-store—merchandising, displays, and education—against Haleon standards Coach and develop your team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence
