Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth. o Drive total area sales turnover to achieve monthly and yearly targets for all product categories. o Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in both traditional wholesalers and modern retail chains.
o Manage and optimize the Trade Promotion budget to ensure high ROI for both GT and MT channels. Modern Trade (MT) Operational Excellence. o Oversee MT operations, including stock management, shelf space negotiation, and ensuring 100% "Must Stock List" (MSL) compliance at the store level.
o Maintain strong relationships with local/regional Key Accounts messaging is prominently displayed via POS Materials. o Monitor and evaluate the performance of Merchandisers (MD) and SPGs to ensure superior in-store execution and brand visibility. General Trade (GT) & Distribution Management.
o Manage distributor performance to ensure wide and deep distribution across traditional outlets, markets, and local groceries. o Implement effective "Route to Market" (RTM) strategies to increase the number of Active Outlets (OA) and effective calls. o Ensure product availability and prevent "Out of Stock" (OOS) situations across the wholesaler network.
