This role is for an AKR subsidiary, focusing on the retail fuel, oil, and gas industry. The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple retail gas stations (SPBU) within an assigned territory to ensure operational excellence and business growth. The position involves managing sales performance, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, performing operational audits, and maintaining retail assets. You will also act as a coach for station operators to improve their business and operational performance while ensuring all processes meet company standards.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and develop the performance of multiple retail gas stations (SPBU) within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.; Ensure operational excellence and compliance with operating standards, procedures, and customer service requirements across all assigned stations.; Monitor and ensure compliance with HSSE standards, proactively identifying risks and following up on corrective actions.; Perform operational audit & investigation including license & permit compliance such as equipment calibration.; Perform outlet maintenance to minimize retail assets breakdown.; Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/station operators, providing coaching and support to improve business and operational performance..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.; Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail fuel oil & gas.; Proven experience in managing multiple sites/outlets, territories, or retail networks.; Demonstrated experience in operations excellence and continuous improvement (process standardization, training, project management).; Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.; Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory..
