The Tendering Engineer will lead the end-to-end bidding process for turnkey EPC substation projects, starting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage through to final submission. This role is critical in developing comprehensive cost estimations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and pricing models that encompass engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Beyond estimation, the position involves soliciting, evaluating, and negotiating quotations from equipment vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive and compliant proposals. The engineer will prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage deviation lists, identify contractual and execution risks, and lead client technical clarifications and commercial negotiations until the project is successfully awarded and handed over to the execution team.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field; Minimum 5 years of tendering or cost estimation experience in EPC substation or power infrastructure projects; Solid understanding of substation equipment, EPC scope interfaces, and balance of plant (BOP); Familiarity with EPC contract terms, commercial conditions, and bidding procedures; Strong cost modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills; Fluent in English.
