Staff Level Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters, inquiries, and requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure a positive and productive partnership. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve tenant issues and ensure timely follow-up. Monitor tenant satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
Assist tenants with store opening preparations, fit-out coordination, and operational requirements. Conduct regular tenant visits and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions. Support the implementation of mall events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities involving tenants.
Ensure tenants comply with mall policies, regulations, and operational standards. Prepare reports related to tenant feedback, complaints, and service performance. Facilitate communication between tenants and mall management regarding operational updates and announcements.
Support occupancy management initiatives and contribute to tenant retention efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Mall Operations, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
