Posisi Telesales Agent - WhatsApp (BPKB) bertugas menangani leads melalui aplikasi WhatsApp, melakukan tindak lanjut kepada calon pelanggan, serta mendorong pengajuan pembiayaan BPKB guna mencapai target penjualan perusahaan. Peran ini membutuhkan responsivitas tinggi serta kemampuan komunikasi yang baik secara tertulis. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi penanganan pertanyaan pelanggan via WhatsApp mengenai produk pembiayaan BPKB, persyaratan, jumlah pinjaman, tenor, dan prosedur pengajuan. Selain itu, agen bertugas mengonversi leads menjadi aplikasi pembiayaan, memantau kemajuan berkas, menjadwalkan survei, serta mencatat aktivitas pelanggan secara akurat menggunakan sistem CRM atau WhatsApp Business.
Tanggung jawab: Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp regarding BPKB financing products, eligibility, loan amounts, tenor, and application procedures; Follow up with potential customers, address concerns, and convert leads into financing applications; Monitor application progress, including form completion, survey scheduling, and outstanding documents; Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using WhatsApp Business or CRM systems; Achieve sales targets and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage); Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or WhatsApp/chat handling; Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM systems; Target-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to manage a high volume of leads; Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is an advantage.
