PT China Road And Bridge Construction Indonesia (Batam) mencari Field Technician yang terampil untuk mendukung operasional lapangan dan memastikan keberhasilan proyek teknik di Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Peran ini mencakup inspeksi harian peralatan, dukungan teknis bagi tim konstruksi, pengumpulan data lapangan, serta pemeliharaan rutin peralatan konstruksi. Teknisi akan bekerja sama dengan insinyur dan manajer proyek untuk mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan tantangan teknis, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct daily inspections and testing of equipment, machinery, and construction materials; Provide technical support to construction teams on-site; Collect, document, and analyse field data related to project progress; Perform preventative and routine maintenance on construction equipment; Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of technical equipment; Collaborate with engineers and project managers; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and test results; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
