Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola fungsi kualitas, pengembangan produk baru (NPI), dan laboratorium di lingkungan manufaktur, khususnya industri makanan atau farmasi. Manajer ini berperan memastikan standar kualitas terpenuhi mulai dari bahan baku hingga produk jadi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengendalian kualitas, manajemen pengadaan bahan kimia, serta pelaporan operasional yang efisien. Selain itu, posisi ini bertindak sebagai penghubung dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar manajemen kualitas internasional seperti ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, dan GMP.
Tanggung jawab: Control the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products; Manage the procurement of chemicals and operational materials; Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports; Issue COAs for finished sugar products and final molasses, and ROAs for raw sugar and in-process materials; Prepare performance and auxiliary material consumption reports; Handle customer complaints and product returns.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology; Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and Laboratory functions; Solid knowledge and practical experience in Quality Control (QC) systems within a food or pharma manufacturing industry; Experience in QA audit systems; Strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, and other applicable standards); SPC (Statistical Process Control) certification/training with practical experience in manufacturing process monitoring and improvement.
