The Technician is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of electrical and instrumentation systems within the plant. This role involves a mix of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring that all field instruments, control systems, and electrical components function reliably to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment; Install, inspect, test, calibrate, and repair field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters); Troubleshoot electrical systems (motors, MCCs, VFDs); Maintain and support PLC, SCADA, and automation control systems; Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults; Inspect, test, and maintain control valves, sensors, actuators, and analyzers; Perform electrical testing; Assist in commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and modification of plant equipment; Maintain maintenance documentation, reports, and work orders; Participate in root cause analysis (RCA); Monitor spare parts inventory.
Kualifikasi: Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrument specifications; Knowledge of electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures; Experience with CMMS.
