PT Golden Ocean Line merupakan perusahaan pelayaran terkemuka di Indonesia yang mengoperasikan armada bulk carrier serta menyediakan layanan pergudangan dan container yard. Posisi Technical Superintendent bertanggung jawab penuh atas performa teknis armada, pemeliharaan kapal, serta memastikan seluruh operasional kapal mematuhi regulasi maritim internasional. Anda akan berperan sebagai koordinator teknis yang mengawasi anggaran tahunan, perbaikan kapal, hingga koordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional kapal tetap terjaga.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor assigned vessels’ technical performance, maintenance activities, PMS, and operating budgets; Ensure compliance with classification society, flag state, and applicable international maritime regulations; Prepare and monitor annual technical budgets and control maintenance and repair costs; Plan, coordinate, and supervise dry-docking, vessel repairs, overhauls, and shore-based technical services; Review and approve purchase orders (POs) and technical requisitions within the authorized limits; Monitor vessel safety, machinery condition, and maintenance standards, and implement corrective actions where necessary; Coordinate with the Operations, Crewing, Commercial and Procurement departments to ensure efficient vessel operations; Conduct periodic vessel inspections and technical surveys to assess vessel condition and identify maintenance and safety corrective actions; Monitor the validity of class and flag certificates and ensure timely completion of surveys and renewals; Review vessel technical reports, follow up on defects and outstanding repairs, and report technical issues to management.
Kualifikasi: Graduated from Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture of equivalent, or Chief Engineer’s qualification fields; 3 years of sailing experience as Senior Officer, or shore experience as a Technical Superintendent with a ship management / owning company will be beneficial; Experienced as Class Surveyors will be beneficial; Strong knowledge of vessel’s technical requirements and voyage regulations; Excellent project management skills; Good people management skills; Good negotiation skills; Good organisation skills; Good time management; Being able to work multitasking simultaneously; Being able to work under time pressure; Fluency in English will be beneficial; PC literacy.
