IBMC is hiring for our client in the international FMCG and Food Ingredients Manufacturing industry . Known globally for delivering innovative solutions and high-quality ingredients, the company specializes in premium components for the baking, confectionery, and food processing sectors. To accelerate their market penetration across regional commercial bakeries and food industries, they are looking for an experienced technical commercial professional. We are looking for a highly capable Technical Sales Senior Staff to lead our commercial presence in Central Java , with a primary station/base in Yogyakarta (covering Yogyakarta, Semarang, and Solo hubs). This senior staff role requires someone who can seamlessly mix a strong business development mindset with a solid understanding of baked item applications. You will be traveling across Central Java to expand our corporate footprint, activate new clients, and track culinary consumer shifts.
Key Responsibilities Territory Ownership: Plan and execute mobile sales pipelines throughout Central Java, specifically managing clients across Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Solo. Technical Consultation: Introduce product benefits by demonstrating accurate functional knowledge of baked goods (bread, cakes, pastries) to prospective manufacturers.
Strategic Prospecting: Build, nurture, and preserve a localized sales network within the Central Java commercial baking and food processor network. Negotiation Leadership: Drive contract finalizations, leverage active listening habits, and employ clear communication to manage customer retention. Brand Positioning: Align on-site activations with core marketing principles to maximize vendor trust and market awareness.
Requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the Food Industry is highly preferred.
Product Insight: Solid knowledge regarding baked formulations (bread/cakes) and a keen curiosity toward evolving food trends. Regional Network: Established sales connections and market presence across Central Java (Semarang/Yogyakarta/Solo). Communication & Skills: Highly customer-oriented, possess great negotiation skills, active listening, and effective communication habits.
