Technical Sales

Provide technical support and expertise on enzyme applications across industries such as food & beverage, bakery, oil & fats, and specialty enzymes (including acid lipase). Conduct product trials, lab analysis, and performance evaluations to support customer needs and product optimization. Work closely with customers’ technical teams to troubleshoot, improve formulations, and ensure optimal enzyme performance in their processes.

Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to align product development with market requirements. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations based on lab results and field applications. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements related to enzymes and biotechnology.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in enzyme applications or biotechnology. Proven experience working with enzymes in industries such as Biodiesel, Food and nutritional additives, Enzyme in food&industrial field, or citric acid.

Familiarity with enzymes and their industrial applications is highly preferred. Strong technical understanding of enzyme functionality, formulation, and application processes. Ability to conduct lab experiments, analyze data, and translate findings into practical solutions.

Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and customers. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Willing to do business trip to clients' site (obligated).
