Posisi ini berperan sebagai konsultan teknis yang mempresentasikan dan mendemonstrasikan solusi keamanan Trend Micro kepada pelanggan dan mitra. Konsultan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan keamanan pelanggan, merancang solusi yang tepat, serta menyusun proposal teknis termasuk Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Selain itu, peran ini melibatkan pelaksanaan Proof of Concept (PoC) dan dukungan evaluasi teknis di lapangan. Konsultan akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim internal dan mitra untuk memastikan keberhasilan pengiriman proyek dan pencapaian target KPI yang telah ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Present and demonstrate Trend Micro security solutions to customers and partners; Identify and assess customer/partner requirements and translate them into appropriate security solutions; Design and recommend solutions based on customer needs; Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and solution proposals; Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and support technical evaluation with customers; Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support project delivery and achieve KPI targets.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Experience in Network & Cybersecurity (Endpoint Security, Email Security, Cloud Security, or related); Good understanding of security solutions and technologies; Security certifications (e.g. Security+, vendor certifications) are a plus; Strong communication and presentation skills.
